EXW (Ex Works)
Ex Works, the Incoterm that places the least obligation on the seller. Goods are made available at the seller's premises, not loaded, and the buyer arranges collection, export clearance, transport and import. Because the buyer must handle Indian export formalities, EXW is often impractical for overseas customers, and FCA is a common alternative.
