Zemixal works on quotations rather than fixed web prices. Chemical prices depend on grade, pack size, hazard class, destination and Incoterm, and a quotation lets us confirm the actual lot and freight before you commit. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation.
1. Find your products
Search by name, synonym, CAS number, molecular formula or ZX catalogue number, or browse the catalogue by division. If you already have a list, paste up to 200 CAS numbers into Bulk CAS lookup to see every match at once. Use compare to check grades and pack options side by side.
2. Build your quote panel
On each product page choose the grade and pack size, enter the quantity and add it to the quote panel. The panel follows you around the site, so you can keep adding items. For something we do not list, add a free-text line with the name, CAS number and specification.
3. Send your enquiry
Open the panel and add your organisation, delivery country and city, preferred Incoterm and any document requirements, such as a pharmacopoeial statement or certificate of origin. Then send it. You can also use the request for quote form or write to contact@zemixal.com.
4. Review the quotation
We reply by email with price, grade, available lot, lead time, packaging, Incoterm, freight and validity. If we cannot supply exactly what you asked for, the quotation says so and offers the closest alternative. Catalogue items are usually quoted within one to two working days, while sourced items and custom synthesis take longer.
5. Confirm the order
Accept the quotation or send your purchase order. We then issue a proforma invoice with payment terms and bank details. For regulated products we may ask for end-use information or licences at this point.
6. Payment
Pay by bank transfer or by letter of credit for larger orders, as stated on the proforma. Our bank details appear only on the proforma invoice, and we never change them by email alone.
7. Dispatch
Stock items are prepared once payment clears. Sourced and made-to-order items follow the quoted lead time. You receive tracking details with copies of the invoice, packing list, COA and SDS.
8. Receipt and support
Check the goods on arrival against the packing list and COA. Report transit damage within 7 days and specification issues within 30 days, as described in our returns policy.
Indian customers receive a GST tax invoice, so please include your GSTIN with your enquiry. Questions at any stage can go to contact@zemixal.com.
