Rules for domestic supply

Domestic orders are supplied on a GST tax invoice, with an e-way bill for consignments above the prescribed value. Petroleum-class solvents fall under PESO rules for storage and transport, so we may ask for a copy of the buyer's PESO licence. Precursor chemicals controlled under the NDPS framework need registration and quota records with the Narcotics Control Bureau. Several chemicals are covered by BIS Quality Control Orders. APIs are supplied only to licensed buyers under CDSCO norms.

Do you supply Indian buyers on a GST invoice?

Yes. Domestic orders are invoiced with GST, and an e-way bill is generated where the consignment value requires it. Share your GSTIN and delivery address when you request a quotation so the invoice is correct from the start. Payment terms are stated on the quotation.

How quickly do reference standards reach Indian labs?

Stocked impurity and pharmacopoeial standards are dispatched promptly and usually arrive by domestic air courier in about 1–2 days. Standards prepared to order take longer, and the quotation states the lead time. Each comes with a COA and characterisation data.

What do you need for NDPS-controlled precursors?

We need your registration details and the relevant quota or record documents under the NDPS framework before supply. For petroleum-class solvents we may also ask for your PESO licence. These checks are required by law and apply to every order.
