GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
Good Laboratory Practice is a quality system governing how non-clinical safety studies are planned, performed, recorded and archived. It is defined by the OECD Principles and national regulations, and ensures that toxicology and environmental safety data submitted to regulators can be trusted. GLP differs from GMP, which applies to manufacturing and routine quality control.
