Importing chemicals into Panama

Medicines, APIs and controlled substances need sanitary registration or import licences from MINSA's Dirección Nacional de Farmacia y Drogas, and precursor chemicals face additional control. Yes. We ship to Colón Free Zone consignees, and goods held there for re-export follow the free-zone regime. Tell us the final markets in your enquiry so we can prepare documents that suit onward shipment. Each lot keeps its own COA and SDS.

Which Panamanian port should we choose?

Balboa on the Pacific side and Manzanillo, Colón Container Terminal or Cristóbal on the Caribbean side all receive Asia services. The best choice depends on your warehouse location and onward routing. Sea transit from India is roughly 30 to 42 days.

Can water utilities buy inorganic chemicals in bulk?
