TSCA
The Toxic Substances Control Act, the main United States law governing industrial chemicals, administered by the Environmental Protection Agency. Substances imported into or made in the US must normally appear on the TSCA Inventory or qualify for an exemption, such as research and development use. Importers certify compliance at customs, so the inventory status of each substance should be checked before shipment.
