Hazardous chemicals are inspected by GACC, which checks packaging and Chinese-language labels and SDS. APIs need NMPA registration or linkage to a drug filing. Precursor chemicals require import licences. Dangerous goods follow IMDG or IATA rules, and APTA preference requires a certificate of origin.
